Our CSR approach

Freelancers, entrepreneurs. To us, they are talents.

Our CSR approach starts there.

Our CSR approach lives in the everyday, more than in grand principles. Paying our talents on time, standing by them even after a failure, supporting chosen causes, opening up our numbers: what we do, day after day.

01
What we do, concretely

What does not change, mission after mission, month after month. No hierarchy: each one matters for what it is.

Support
Being paid on time

Working as a freelancer shouldn’t mean waiting months for payment. As standard, our talents are paid within 30 days: when the client pays at 60 or 90 days, we absorb the cash gap. It’s a concrete way of recognising that behind every mission, there is someone with expenses, rent, a life to organise.

Being independent shouldn’t mean having to wait to be paid.

Support
Standing by them, even after failure

Before a client interview, we prepare our talents. Afterwards, we debrief it, whether or not it led to a mission. And when an ecosystem entrepreneur’s project comes to an end (most startups never find their balance), we offer them consulting missions to rebound, or guidance toward what comes next. Fair4Talks and Fair4Pitch extend that spirit: people share their experiences and present their projects, among peers.

Standing by someone also means being there when things don’t work out.

Give back
Supporting three causes, steadily

For each assignment, 2% of our margin goes to Surfrider Foundation, Planète Urgence and Fondation de la Mer. This patronage is not an envelope decided at year-end: it is built into how we operate, at the pace of our activity. Three causes, chosen for the precision of their action and their independence.

A steady commitment is worth more than a one-off grand gesture.

Be accountable
Opening up our numbers

Each year, we submit to the EcoVadis assessment on the environmental, social, ethical and responsible procurement fronts. We publish a carbon footprint following the ADEME methodology. Neither is mandatory at our size: we do it so that our commitments can be verified, not just stated.

Transparency means accepting to be looked at closely.
