- 2The brief goes to the community of the trade. AI, data, product, design, project, innovation or IT. The community lead scopes the need with you if a line is missing.
- 3Profiles within 48h, chosen by peers. Candidates are assessed by experts of the same trade on work they actually delivered. Across all communities, one profile is retained for every three presented.
- 4You meet, you choose, the price is already known. The expert’s rate and Fair4B’s margin are on the quote. Nothing changes between quote and invoice.
- 5The mission is followed by an expert of the trade. A member of the community, paid for it, follows the mission on the client side and the expert side until it ends.

The expert’s daily rate, plus 10% for Fair4B and 10% redistributed to the members who brought in, selected and followed the mission. The three lines are on the quote.
How quickly does a company receive profiles?
Reply within 24h, first profiles within 48h after the brief is received. The request goes straight to the relevant community, whose members know their peers’ availability.
Who is my contact during the mission?
An expert of the relevant community, paid for the follow-up, in addition to the Fair4B team.
Can I hire the expert afterwards?
Yes, that is Fair4Hiring: a capped monthly fee for twelve months at most, then nothing. The expert pays nothing.
With administrative outsourcing, does the expert remain independent?
Yes. The expert remains independent, legally and fiscally; Fair4B handles the contract, invoicing and follow-ups for a flat fee per invoiced day, and never becomes their employer.
