Our 7 communities
Expert freelance communities, selected then validated
Each community brings together independents from the same profession. Its community lead validates every candidacy, drawing on the ecosystem’s experts. One profile in three presented is retained, and a 10% margin is stated from the brief.

Why communities, not a talent pool
A matching platform ranks profiles. A community recognizes them. The difference looks slim; it changes everything in the end. At Fair4B, an expert does not get in because a salesperson found their CV convincing, but because the lead of their future community validated the application, drawing on the ecosystem’s experts.
The mechanism is simple. Each community brings together independents from the same field: artificial intelligence, data, product, design, project management, innovation, infrastructure and IT support. When an application arrives, the community lead conducts the interview, drawing on the ecosystem’s experts. They know the profession from the inside: they can tell the engineer who put a model into production from the one who followed a tutorial, and they have no interest in letting a weak profile through, since they will be working alongside them.
This assessment is one of the five roles paid through redistribution: business referral, selection, negotiation, mission follow-up and sponsorship. The member who receives a candidate is paid for that work. That is what separates a living community from a directory: assessment has a value, so it is done seriously.
For the company looking for a profile, the benefit is concrete. The brief is not broadcast to a whole talent pool; it is addressed to the relevant community, which replies with experts it has qualified itself. One profile in three presented is retained. And the margin, 10%, is stated before the first application, then an equivalent share goes back to the ecosystem that made the mission possible.
Today, seven communities cover the tech and digital professions. Each has its own entry criteria, its own community life and its own lead experts.
Looking for a specific profile? Describe the need: the relevant community comes back with experts it has validated, reply within 24h, first profiles within 48h.
