For freelancers · AI, data, product, design, project, innovation, IT
Tech freelancing: chosen by your peers, paid with no hidden line.
A community of peers that chooses you, and a split where you see where every euro goes. No open sign-up: you get in through a 30-minute call with your community’s lead.
The model, in one sentence
On every mission, the largest share comes back to you, a share goes to the peers who made it possible, and Fair4B’s margin is known to the client from the brief.
See the splitWhat you gain here, and nowhere else.
At Fair4B, a freelancer sees where every invoiced euro goes, is paid within 30 days whatever the client’s payment term, and joins a community whose lead is a peer of the same trade, not a salesperson.
01
You see where every euro goes.
Fair4B’s margin is written on the client’s quote before they see your profile. You know your share before saying yes, and so does the client.
02
You are paid within 30 days.
As standard. When the client pays at 60 or 90 days, Fair4B absorbs the cash-flow gap. Being independent should not mean waiting to be paid.
03
You are chosen by peers.
Your community’s lead meets you, not a salesperson. They validate your entry with the ecosystem’s experts, and selection is paid work.
How you get in: a call, not a form.
There is no open sign-up: you join a Fair4B community through a 30-minute call with its lead, who validates your entry with peers, then sends an invitation link to the talent space.
- 1A 30-minute video call with the lead of the community you are aiming for. You book it in Fair4B’s calendar. The conversation is about work you actually delivered: which data, which constraints, what failed and why.
- 2If there is a fit, they tell you during the call. They tell you that you will receive access to the talent space.
- 3They validate your entry into the community. Criteria reviewed with the ecosystem’s experts, references checked with previous clients. Across all communities, one profile is retained for every three presented.
- 4You receive an invitation link to the talent space. You create your password and you are in: missions, community, Fair4Talks, payments.
Choose your community, book a call.
Each community has its own lead; if you hesitate between two, book anyway, the first conversation will point the way.
The split, and what it means for you.
Out of €1,000 invoiced to the client, €800 come back to you, €100 go to Fair4B and €100 to community members for five roles a freelancer can take on: business referral, selection, negotiation, mission follow-up, sponsorship.
01
Business referral
You bring in a client need, the mission happens, you are paid for it.
02
Selection
You receive a candidate from your community and assess their work. This work is paid.
03
Negotiation
You frame the terms of a mission with the client.
04
Mission follow-up
You follow a peer’s mission through to its end, on the client side and the expert side.
05
Sponsorship
You bring a peer into the community, who is then validated.
Get paid, and stay independent.
A Fair4B freelancer is paid within 30 days as standard, even when the client pays at 60 or 90; with administrative outsourcing, Fair4B handles the contract and invoicing for a flat fee per invoiced day, and never does umbrella-company employment.

Who can join a community?
An independent whose trade falls under one of the communities: AI, data, product, design, project management, innovation, infrastructure and IT support. Entry is decided on work actually delivered, not on a certification.
What do you earn on a mission?
Out of €1,000 invoiced to the client, €800 come back to you. €100 go to Fair4B and €100 to the members who made the mission possible. On the service itself, nothing else is deducted.
How am I chosen?
By the community lead, in a 30-minute call about your work, then a reference check. They validate with the ecosystem’s experts, and are paid for this selection.
When am I paid?
Within 30 days as standard, even when the client pays at 60 or 90 days. With administrative outsourcing, 48h after the client’s funds are received.
With administrative outsourcing, what happens to my independence?
You remain independent, legally and fiscally: Fair4B handles contracts, invoicing and follow-ups, for a flat fee per invoiced day and nothing when you do not invoice. Fair4B never becomes your employer.
