Community 06 · Innovation
Fair4Innovation, innovation freelancers validated by their peers.
Innovation and transformation experts who scope initiatives, test them and get them adopted. Chosen by their peers, supported by one of them, with a 10% margin written on the quote.
The community’s profiles.
Fair4Innovation brings together four roles in three families, strategy, transformation and initiatives, each entered on approaches carried through to adoption rather than on a title; leading delivery belongs to Fair4Project, the product to Fair4Product, and the communities refer needs to each other.
Strategy
Innovation director
Innovation roadmap, arbitration between initiatives, link with executive management.
Chief digital officer
Digital direction of the organization, priorities, governance of the workstreams.
Transformation
Digital transformation consultant
Diagnosis, target, transformation path for processes and tools.
Initiatives
Intrapreneur
Carries a new initiative inside the organization, from the idea to the first use.
Leading a project through to delivery belongs to Fair4Project, defining the product to Fair4Product; Fair4Innovation scopes the initiative, tests it and supports its adoption.
The tools our experts work with.
An innovation expert joining an organization relies on recognized methods and on the collaborative tools already in place, without imposing others. The methods and tools most often used on the community’s missions:
- Design thinking
- Miro
- Mural
Five situations where Fair4Innovation is called in.
01
An idea to turn into an initiative.
Plenty of leads, no clear priority. An innovation director or an intrapreneur scopes, decides and defends a first perimeter.
02
A scoping workshop to run.
Bringing business, technology and management around the same problem. An expert from the community runs the workshops and draws testable hypotheses from them.
03
A digital transformation to structure.
Workstreams launched in scattered order. A digital transformation consultant sets out the diagnosis, the target and the path.
04
A change the teams do not adopt.
The tool or the process exists, the uses do not follow. An expert from the community works on the stakeholders and the support.
05
A prototype to test before investing.
Checking that a need exists before building. An intrapreneur sets up a quick test, then Fair4Product or Fair4Project take over.
Joining Fair4Innovation.
You enter Fair4Innovation through a 30-minute meeting with its community lead, not through open registration: the lead opens access after meeting you, and across all communities one profile in three presented is retained.
- 1A 30-minute video call with the community lead. The discussion covers initiatives actually led: the context, the resistance met, what was adopted or abandoned and why.
- 2The community lead validates your entry. If your background fits, they tell you during the call and ask whether you prefer a profile pre-filled from your LinkedIn page, or a CV you send. They then validate your entry: criteria reviewed with the ecosystem’s experts, references checked with previous clients.
- 3You receive an invitation to the talent space. An invitation link lets you create your password and enter. If the link has not been opened, a reminder goes out three days later.
The same price as everywhere at Fair4B.
The expert’s rate, 10% for Fair4B, 10% redistributed to the members who brought, selected and followed the mission: the three lines are written on the quote, before the first profile.
On an innovation mission, this means two concrete things. The client knows the share that goes to the expert and the share that goes to Fair4B, so they can compare two offers on a real basis. And the community lead who received the selected expert receives a share of the redistribution: the quality of selection is rewarded, not just claimed.
Questions about Fair4Innovation.
How much does an innovation or digital transformation freelancer cost?
An innovation freelancer’s daily rate is built on three variables: how rare the profile is, experience of initiatives carried through to adoption, and the level of responsibility on the mission. Fair4B states its margin, 10%, from the brief: the client therefore knows exactly what share goes to the expert.
How does Fair4B select its innovation experts?
In three steps. A 30-minute meeting with the Fair4Innovation community lead, on initiatives actually led. The lead then validates the entry, drawing on the ecosystem’s experts and having references checked with previous clients. Then the invitation to the talent space. This selection is one of the five roles paid through redistribution.
Fair4Innovation, Fair4Project or Fair4Product?
Fair4Innovation to scope a new initiative, test it and get it adopted. Fair4Project to run a project or a programme through to delivery. Fair4Product for what concerns the product itself. When a need touches several of these subjects, the community leads talk to each other; you do not have to choose alone.
How quickly does Fair4B propose a shortlist of innovation experts?
Fair4B replies within 24h and presents its first profiles within 48h of receiving the brief. These timeframes come from the circuit: the request goes straight to the Fair4Innovation community, whose members know their peers’ availability.
What is the difference between Fair4Innovation and an IT services firm or a consultancy specialized in transformation?
An IT services firm or a consultancy charges a margin it does not disclose. Fair4B states 10% from the brief and redistributes an equivalent share to the members who made the mission possible. Selection is led by the Fair4Innovation community lead, not by a sales team.
